If Agata does not have another booking immediately after, the conversation can extend beyond the initial 15 minutes. This introductory call serves as a no-obligation opportunity to introduce and discuss your specific requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Scheduled Appointments Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We will do our best to be on-time for the meeting and expect the same of our clients. We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes for our clients to join the meeting room before considering the client a no-show and ending the meeting. If you cancel your appointment less than 7 working days before it is scheduled to take place, you will not be eligible for a refund. To avoid this outcome, please provide notice of your desire to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 7 working days prior to the appointment date.
