If you’re managing a Wix website and want to give someone admin access (such as a designer, developer, or SEO specialist), you can do this by inviting them as a contributor and assigning the appropriate role.
This is especially important for tasks like on-page SEO maintenance, where access to certain settings and tools is required.
✅ Step 1: Log In to Your Wix Account
Go to www.wix.com.
Log in with your email and password.

✅ Step 2: Go to Your Site Dashboard
Click “My Sites” at the top right.
Choose the site you want to manage.
Click “Select & Edit Site” or “Go to Dashboard.”
✅ Step 3: Open the Roles & Permissions Section
In the left-hand menu of your Site Dashboard, click on Settings.
Under “Users & Roles,” click Roles & Permissions.

✅ Step 4: Invite Agata as an Admin (for SEO Maintenance)
Click the “Invite People” button.
Blue Button In the email field, enter: alscontact@agatabatorska.com
Under “Role,” select Admin from the dropdown list.
🔹 The Admin role is necessary to allow access for on-page SEO maintenance tasks, such as editing site structure, meta tags, image optimisation, and advanced settings.
(Optional) You can include a message like:"Assigning admin access for professional SEO support and maintenance."
Click “Send Invite.”

✅ Step 5: Wait for Acceptance
Agata will receive an email invitation from Wix. Once accepted:
She will log in (or sign up) using that email.
She will then have Admin access to help maintain and optimise your site for better search engine visibility.
🔐 Roles Summary (for reference)
Admin – Full editing and management rights (needed for SEO work).
Editor – Can edit the site, but cannot manage key SEO settings.
Blog Writer – Blog-only access.
Billing Manager – Can manage subscriptions/payments.
Site Owner – Full control of everything (only one allowed).
