    • Scope
      This Instalment Payment Policy (“Policy”) applies to clients purchasing the Website Update – Up to 5 Pages who choose to pay in instalments. By selecting the instalment option and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy and our full Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must either pay the full amount upfront or forgo the service.

    • Instalment Terms

    • 0% Interest: The Portfolio Redesign Service is available on a 3-month instalment plan with 0% interest (0% APR).

    • Payment Schedule: Three equal payments of £50 will be automatically charged monthly until the full balance of £150 is paid.

    • Non-cancellable Commitment: Once the instalment option is selected, the payment plan cannot be paused, cancelled, or altered. You are legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

    • Service Delivery & Completion

    • Timeline: The redesign work may be completed before the final payment is received, depending on the project timeline.

    • No Withholding of Deliverables: Final deliverables will be delivered as agreed. However, choosing instalments does not release you from the obligation to complete payment, even if the project is delivered early.
