Service Description

One-Hour Wix Training Session (Editor, Dashboard, or Both) This 60-minute session is customised to your site and goals. You may choose to focus on the Studio Editor, the standard Wix Editor, the site Dashboard, or a mix of these. Please note: - One hour is often enough to master one in-depth topic or a small cluster of closely related tasks. - Every client’s needs and starting point are unique, so it’s impossible to predict exactly how long it will take to cover everything you want to learn. - If we run out of time, we can always schedule extra sessions to finish the remaining items. Possible focus areas (pick one main topic or a related pair) - Example Studio Editor / Standard Editor - Building advanced page layouts: flexible grids, repeater lists, section anchors, and sticky elements - Design consistency: custom colour themes, typography presets, and reusable sections - Dynamic content with CMS Collections: creating collections, linking repeaters, building filters and sort controls - Animation and interactions: scroll effects, entry animations, and hover states - Responsive tweaks: mobile-only adjustments, element hiding, font scaling, and breakpoints - Accessibility essentials: alt text, aria-labels, colour-contrast checks, and keyboard navigation Dashboard - Deep-dive SEO: custom meta tags, structured data markup, 301 redirects, and connecting Google Search Console - E-commerce management: bulk product uploads, variant options, stock alerts, coupon creation, and automated fulfilment emails - Wix Bookings / Events: setting service buffers, staff calendars, wait-lists, ticket tiers, and Zoom integration - Marketing automations: email campaigns, abandoned-cart flows, chat triggers, and lead-capture forms - Analytics & reporting: traffic sources, conversion funnels, heatmaps, and exporting custom reports - Team roles & permissions: granular access levels, two-factor authentication, and activity logs Process 1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Instalment Policy Scheduled Appointments Once you have booked an appointment with Agata Business Services, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We are committed to starting all sessions promptly and expect our clients to do the same. We will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to join the meeting room. After this period, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund. Appointment Rescheduling If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. This request must be sent in writing to the trainer at alscontact@agatabatorska.com. Requests received after this period may not be accommodated, and the session may be forfeited. 📅 Cancellations and Refunds Pay-per-Session Services For appointments paid individually (not as part of a plan or subscription), cancellations made 7 working days or more in advance of the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 working days, and no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time, may be rescheduled once upon request. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. No Refunds Within 14 Working Days Cancellations received less than 14 working days before the session are not eligible for a refund, unless otherwise required under UK consumer law. 💳 Services Paid by Plan, Subscription, or Instalments Non-Cancellable Commitments All services purchased under a pricing plan, subscription, or instalment payment plan are non-cancellable once the agreement is confirmed at checkout. Instalment Plans By enrolling in an instalment plan, the client agrees to pay all scheduled instalments in full, regardless of whether sessions are used or completed. The service is delivered either progressively (over time) or in full from the first session, and therefore full payment is required without exception. No Mid-Term Cancellation Instalment plans, subscriptions, or packages cannot be cancelled partway through. Refunds will not be issued for unused time, sessions, or client no-shows. Legal Standing By ticking the checkbox at checkout, the client confirms agreement to all terms and conditions under the governing law of England and Wales.
