Service Agreement: Set Up Installments for Products or Booking Services
By purchasing this service, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions provided by Agata Business Services (“the Provider”).
1. Scope of Services
This service includes:

Ensuring integration with your existing Wix setup.

Basic guidance on how to manage and monitor the installment system.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, the Client must:

Provide full admin access to their Wix website.

Supply all necessary content, details, and preferences regarding the products or services to be configured.

Respond in a timely manner to requests for information or clarification.
3. Fees and Payment

The total service fee is displayed at checkout and must be paid in full before service begins.

This fee covers the initial setup only. Any additional work or revisions may be subject to additional charges.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, or other listed methods.
4. Turnaround Time

Delivery is typically completed within a few business days once all required access and information are received.

Delays due to incomplete access or missing information are not the Provider’s responsibility.
5. Liability

The Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party plugins, changes made by the Client after setup, or limitations of the Wix platform.

It is the Client’s responsibility to test the system before going live.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared for the purpose of delivering this service will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to any third party without the Client’s permission.
7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once the service has started.

Cancellations made before any work has begun may be eligible for a partial or full refund at the Provider’s discretion.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
