Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy – Wix Studio Pro Designer (4-Month Program) This Booking Policy (“Policy”) applies to all bookings for the service “Wix Studio Pro Designer – 4-Month Web Design & Business Starter Program” (“the Program”), provided by Agata Business Services (“the Provider”). By booking, the student (“the Student”) agrees to the following terms: Finality of Bookings All bookings are final. No cancellations are permitted once confirmed. Fees are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of non-attendance or withdrawal. Rescheduling Each Student may request to reschedule a lesson on a maximum of two occasions during the Program. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. No further changes will be allowed. Training Hours The Program includes 64 hours of live one-to-one training over four months (16 weeks, 4 hours per week). Missed sessions will not be repeated or refunded. Recordings All training sessions will be recorded. By booking, the Student consents to such recording. Recordings remain the property of the Provider and may not be copied, shared, or distributed. Payments The Program fee is £1,250, payable in full or in four monthly instalments of £312.50. All payments are non-refundable. Late or missed instalments may result in suspension of access. Scope of Service The Program delivers professional Wix Studio design training and business coaching as described. No warranty is given regarding business success, employment, or client acquisition. Limitation of Liability The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Student for the Program. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Governing Law This Policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
