Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy This Booking Policy governs all bookings of meetings with Mr. Martin Gilleran arranged through Agata Business Services (“the Agency”). By making a booking, the Client confirms acceptance of the following terms and conditions: Finality of Bookings All bookings are final. Upon confirmation of a meeting, the Client shall have no right of cancellation. Refunds The booking fee is consideration for the reservation of Mr. Gilleran’s time. The fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to the Client’s failure to attend the scheduled meeting. Rescheduling The Client may request to reschedule the meeting on one occasion only. Such request must be made in advance and shall be subject to Mr. Gilleran’s availability. Once rescheduled, no further amendments shall be permitted. Recordings All meetings shall be recorded. By booking, the Client expressly consents to such recording. Recordings shall remain the property of the Agency and may be used for quality, security, or evidential purposes. Scope of Service The booking secures an appointment with Mr. Gilleran. No warranty, representation, or guarantee is given as to the outcome of the meeting, any future engagement, or the success of any business introduced. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Booking Policy, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
