This Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the Client ("Client") who purchases product-service by Agata Business Services website www.agatabusiness.com and Agata Business Services, Lima Upper Street, GU51 3PE  Fleet, UK  ("Provider") for the service-product "Blik 3rd Party Provider Wix Integration" (the "Service-Product") as described below:

Product Description as product-service description state: The "Blik 3rd Party Provider Wix Integration" service product includes the following tasks:

Prior to commencing the work, it is essential for the client to supply us with a Permission Authorizing Letter. Please note that the document should be provided in PDF format. Failure to supply the required document may result in a delay or inability to proceed with the work.

Terms and Conditions:

Once the Service-Product is purchased, it indicates the agreement of the Client with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

No return or refund is applicable for the performed service.

Upon the client's decision to purchase a service or product from Agata Business Services, it is implied that they have agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in the agreements.

Any legal actions or disputes will be governed by and subject to UK law.

By purchasing the Service-Product, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of purchase of the Service-Product by the Client.
