3. Service Delivery & Completion

Work Timeline: ABS strives to complete each project within the quoted timeframe, though some projects may finish before the final instalment is paid.

No Withholding of Deliverables: Deliverables will never be withheld pending final payment; you remain obligated to complete all instalments even if the work is delivered early.
4. Non-Payment Consequences

Reminder Calls: If an instalment is missed, ABS will contact you to arrange payment.

Access Suspension: Failure to pay within seven days of the due date will result in your website access being removed and the site taken temporarily offline until full payment is made.

Legal Action: If payment remains outstanding after suspension, ABS reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the debt.
