This Instalment Payment Policy (“Policy”) applies to all clients of Agata Business Services (“ABS”) who elect to pay for services via our instalment (subscription) payment option. Fixed Schedule: Payments will be taken automatically each billing cycle until the total service fee is paid in full.

Non-Cancellable: Once you subscribe via the instalment option, you may not halt, pause, or cancel future instalment payments.

Work Timeline: While ABS endeavours to complete work within the quoted timeframe, it is common for certain projects to reach completion before the final instalment is received.

No Withholding of Deliverables: Completion of deliverables before the end of the instalment term does not release you from your obligation to pay all remaining instalments.
